Today I’m digging into an easy-to-make 90-second keto bread. Made in the microwave with simple ingredients, it creates a satisfying bread that works beautifully for sandwiches or toast. A quick toasting brings out the best texture, turning this recipe into a low-carb staple.
Ingredients
- 3 Tbsp – almond flour
- 1 Tbsp – oil or melted butter
- 1 large – egg
- 1/2 tsp – baking powder
- pinch – salt
Directions
1. Mix
- Pour oil into a microwave-safe ramekin or mug
- Add egg and whisk well
- Stir in almond flour, baking powder, and salt
2. Cook
- Microwave for 60-90 seconds
- When done, bread should look set and springy, not wet
- Let cool for 1-2 minutes
3. Toast
- For best results, lightly toast before eating
